20yo me is becoming self aware of where my future is headed. The thought of being a corporate work slave is haunting me day and night. Now I'm considering survivalism in the future.
> now, the problems: I've never been out camping before . I don't know any people that know anything about this topic. infact , all my friends have pretty shitty lifestyles (myself included) I've never went out much in highschool , pent most of my time at home , was bad at pe. I have a bad diet and I rarely exercise. I'm pretty weak. You get the idea.

>If anyone has ever 'trained' or 'prepared' for camping , hunting or any outdoor challenges then I'd appreciate any tips! I'm mainly looking for any small activities I could start with, important changes in diet , exercises to help with my aerobic performance etc

You can just not work a corporate job, and you can still go camping

End of summer is bringing them in this season, only a matter of time till this one gets an auto ban like the old red circle one did.

So don't be. There are jobs other than being a corporate drone.
>now, the problems: I've never been out camping before.
Then go camping. Pick a weekend when the forecast is good and just go. One night is good to start with and I'd suggest somewhere you can drive pretty close to where you set your tent so you can bail if you realise you forgot something important. If can't afford a tent and a sleeping bag and everything at once then start with a nice pair of trail runners and go for a day hike.

Come one mate, you know the solution here. Improve the diet and start exercising. It doesn't really matter what sort of exercise you do, anything is better than what you're doing know. Don't let the idea of trying to find the optimal path or the search for some special tips from anons on here stop you from just getting started.

what is survivalism?
no one can really survive on their own very easily. you will spend all day trying to get enough food for that day.
You can run away from society and still live off it. dip back in for food, supplies, then bail for a few weeks at a time.
you can quit your shitty job and start your own business, run one that does something else. then you have freedom.
