Anyone who's been and knows what's most worthwhile out of the abundance of options?
I'd like to see a bit of everything - cloud forests, rainforests, mountains, waterfalls, interesting geology/landscapes. I'm not fat but I am a little out of shape so probably nothing on the really extreme side.

Also, Térraba-Sierpe or Tortuguero for a boat tour?

monte verde is pretty nice. its got the cloud forest and some other things. stay at the hostel owned by germans if you go there.
you should have went to guatemala, its way better and cheaper
