Do you have a cosy truck camping set up?
>>2883401Used to, but sold my van. Now I have a camping box.
>>2883401I've dreamt of dropping 10k on a truck bed camper and bumming out in the western united states until I'm forced to get a life
How is that camping? Might as well sleep in a motel If I’m not sleeping on the ground then it’s not camping
>>2883492According to whom?
>>2883492A car is like a tent on wheels if you think about it
>>2883492>another faggot pretending he's Grizzly Adams while he sits in his messy room posting frogs on an anime pedo image board all day
>>2883401I have a shell and got a decked system (i know i'm a fag) and I could just lay a sleeping pad over the top and all my gear slid out like op's pic. It was acceptable but desu I like having a tent more. It doesn't feel as cramped and I can at least sit in the tent and not just lay down when its raining. Plus the great shitty state of PA doesn't like people camping out of their vehicles anyways so I found myself basically just stuck to a handful of campsites without fucking off to another state.
>>2883583I know what you mean, camping in the back of the truck is nice because it's convenient when you're just doing short trips but it's hard to be comfortable and if you're staying more than one or two nights the tent is just nicer. My friend has a van and one time I stayed in the van with him and that was cosy as fuck, way better than my Tacoma.
>>2883492Hear that hammock bros, you ain't really camping.
