Maybe camera glasses are the way for street photography so you stop taking photos of stranger's backs in public.

They shoot video too though vertical

Use a 360 cam to take video of everything, walk around, then use AI to scan through the footage and select the best frames to make street photographs from. It's not difficult to be a street tog.

You're still holding a camera dummy, the glasses are somewhat incognito

Art is dead.

Wrong, as usual.

I was thinking that'd go undetected if everyone around you was close by and wearing a hat, but then the photos would just be tops of hats

They also have ones that mount on your shoulder or even your chest. You could always use multiple 180/360 cams if you were a truly serious streetographer.

nah those new cameras use AI or something to make it invisible. Or was it an algorithm? Idk

what if someone grabs it and starts swinging you in a circle

Quality sucks ass for anything small farther than a few meters from the viewer, they're vertical-only and it's hard to frame the shot.
They aren't even good for creepshots due to the above, people look too small and lack critical details. Gen 1 quality sucks major ass, Gen 2 is a little better but still terrible.
They're good only to film weird happenings like people going apeshit at each other without getting dragged into it.
If I want to take a street photograph (as in a photo of the street) I'll just take out my phone and do it

Do you own a pair, how's it going with them? Headaches?

Camera glasses have been a thing for a long time, people are only now taking notice because they're being directly connected to social media. I remember looking into some about 10 years ago when recording Urbex videos were a big thing.
