I remember I tried to make one 3 headed origami once, from a book I found here called “Fantastic creatures”. Even though I used a large silk paper, I wasn’t able to finish it. However, I was able to make the horse (which the separate horse rider), from David Brill’s “Brilliant Origami”. I used a triangle piece of a thick A2 paper (as the book recommends). Nowadays—after several years—I’ve done the horse again, but this time made out of a triangle off an A4 printer paper. I finished while I was working, because even though phones are forbidden, they let me use my Kindle, so I just sent the .pdf to it and successfully finished it. Now the girl I’m flirting with has challenged me to make a dragon, please suggest me what model should I try, based on my origami skills :). Thank you for your time and for welcoming me back <3.

Try John Montroll's 3-headed dragon; it is not too hard, especially with a large square of paper (30 cm should be good for a first attempt).
