A search warrant in the Chud the Builder case has come to light, they appear to have seized two different seed phrases for wallets owned by Chud, and potentially a hardware wallet:>24 word seed phrase>12 word seed phrase>one crypto walletI'm looking at the wallet owned and operated by Chud which he used to create his Chud token on pumpfun, where he was streaming up until and including the day of his arrested (after being banned from kick). Chud's last known activity was ~10 days ago where he claimed creator fees from the token. Now since this search warrant has come to light this wallet is officially compromised and there is activity. Many tokens were airdropped to this wallet in vamp attacks to get attention, it appears the investigators have nigger nuked these tokens and are moving Solana out of this wallet into what appears to be a bybit deposit address. If any solana nerds are here to help dive into the activity here it would be nice to put together a complete list of activity that's happening on this wallet. The last confirmed chud tx history on this wallet is the day prior to his arrest, he typically just claims his creator fees then moves the solana to a separate side wallet, which holds around $50-55k in SOL. This main wallet he's locked up 10% of his chud tokens until September, and holds around 3% of the supply unlocked. It's unclear if Dalton had a contingency plan in place for a loved one to take over these wallets in case of an emergency, but the timing with this search warrant does raise some red flags.

If he hadn't had these seed phrases written in a way that it was clear to the average investigator that they were wallet seeds then they never would have been seized or even accessible. Unless someone close to him preemptively moved these funds off into side wallets it is safe to assume all activity in the past 9 days is police activity.

My only guess is they are attempting to capture these funds and potentially set a sort of legal trap for him if they deem these wallets as 'evidence' then set him up for more charges if he were to access these wallets again while out on bond.
