One unintended consequence of legal Marijuana is that people are throwing their roaches out all over the streets sidewalks and in parks. There's dope from half smoked joints and roaches literally everywhere. Small town, city, beach or park, same thing. At least crack vials littering were empty when that was a thing, now there's free drugs on the ground for kids pets and scrubs to pick up.
