Rice and beans or potato and a cheap protein.
Usually just the rice and protein.
Like sausage maybe thick cut bacon sometimes short ribs or ground beef.
Put a little cheese some hot sauce or yum yum sauce.
It goes a long way.

People can survive on almost nothing but potatoes for several months. I would add in some protein - if you live near a poultry operation they will sell you leg quarters in bulk for real cheap. Maybe round it out with iceberg lettuce and store brand dressing. In fact avoid brand names and eating out (including fast food).

t. been there
>>
>>535868245
Do you need me to explain it to you like a child? I don't mind. Put people in MRI watching movie. Map brain data coordinating the on screen photo with a reference from of the matching brain function. Do this for a bunch of people over a million seconds creating a library of images (((video frames))) then when you play a new video for the person you take the new brain image and an algorithm overlays all of the parts of existing images that matched the area of the MRI that lit up. Does it loom like dogshit? Yes because the library was tiny and there was zero interpretation just overlaying relevant frames. Now add a supercomputing data center and ai. We 100% have all of the technology necessary to read people's minds.

Rice, Beans, Lentils, and Potatoes will take you far. Buy flour mix 1 cup with 1/2 cup water to make a dough ball, wait 30 minutes, divide into 4-5 balls and roll it then throw it on a hot skillet. Smash all the peasant food with some sort of sauce or dressing inside and you have what I call the poor mans burrito, it will keep you filled for pennies on the dollar. Eggs are also cheap right now as is greek yogurt for easy protein. Some grocery stores have chicken drumsticks or thighs for cheap as well. As another anon stated, oatmeal and peanut butter is also super filling.

Eating cheap and healthy is not hard, its just Americans are so spoiled and ruined by the chemically addicting slop.

Beans frens.
What's your favorite beans?
Recently I've been enjoying navy beans.
They are small white extremely creamy beans that don't have a strong bean smell like the rest. They are amazing when doing dishes with them like baked beans and stuff.
Pinto are very nice and it's what my family eats the most.
Lentils are also beans and they are a close third.

I mostly eat banzos as a snack, air fryed until crunchy and covered in spiced honey
Now that reminds me I am thankful I picked that can of banzo beans, I am craving a sweet and spicy snack.
Pic rel is a type of bean that is consumed in the region. It's quite nice but the canned ones are not as good as the fresh bean.
It's harvested by hand when still fresh, green and soft. Canned are boiled dry beans.
The fresh ones have a characteristic aroma that is amazing with rice.
If you ever tried these, they do not compare to the fresh ones. A complete different experience.
They are also of different colors, the black ones give off a purple tint that will tint the rice a dark purple. They are nice.

So filling and tasty, it keeps for days in the fridge. Whenever I reheat it I add a splash of beef stock or a rehydrate beef bullion cube with a little bit of butter so it taste and feels as good as fresh. You can even reheat in a microwave without it turning into a dry shit as it tends to happen when nuking beans

Pink kidney beans are nice though they have that strong bean smell, which is nice but sometimes it can be too much.
Black beans usually have a harder "shell" casing, so they tend to take longer to cook and they would even take longer inside an instapot. I rarely use them on their own but they are amazing when using them in a dish like popusas, which are nothing but tortilla, cheese, cheans with a side of sauce.

Just joking but i did see someone saying that somewhere in this shithole of a date once. Found it funny hence why i repeat it as a joke.
But seriously though, never had a problem with oatmeal though it could be that almost nobody just boils it in water here with anything else. It's always boiled in sweet milk and I've only seen it being made this way. That or being used as an ingredient for cookies and stuff. Like how recently I've been adding a part of oatmeal flour to my pancakes for the extra fiber and the other added benefits of oats.

Well dropping my troll persona because you seem sincere

Almost no one here makes oatmeal with milk, it would be kind of weird.
But some people add jams and preserves, very normal.
The most popular option, just number 1 but maybe like 40%, is adding brown sugar. But adding maple on that is better, but less common.

But maybe I should try milk, it seems like it would be good. We mostly just use water here.

Real maple syrup is way expensive here. Had it once. It was good but not worth the price. Rather just add honey, butter or fruit jam to my pancakes
>>
>>535875738
yeah, i figured. only eaten for breakfast here too when it's porridge. 1 part oatmeal, 2 parts water, 2 minutes at full power in the microwave, pour on milk and add jam. common way to make it.

I’m from Vermont so perhaps my maple syrup prices are skewed. I literally get a jug from 3 miles away

Been wanting to make my own chorizo for a while, even got a meat gun for it but i am having a hard time getting the casings and the synthetic casings don't take the smoke well, so I 100% need pork intestines for casing, which I have not found yet. I guess I will have to go directly to a factory butcher or a pig farm because local butchers (which are not many around for whatever reason) don't have any.

was gonna look up if i had missed that maple syrup is cheap, but that settles it then. eating it without milk or some liquid seems a bit stodgy here, but maybe the porridge isn't as dense or something.

>I’m from Vermont
Well that could explain it but I don't know where the fuck is vermont just that i saw that name in the maple syrup bottle i got once. Makes sense tho
>>

I’m from Vermont so my maple issue is skewed honestly.

BUT, brown sugar, or molasses and sugar if you don’t have it, is the best single addition to oatmeal I swear and it’s cheap
>>
>>535876169
only tried regular sugar. might try it if i remember.

The oat porridge eaten here is usually very thick, kind of like a rice pudding dessert. Creamy and sweet though some make it less sweet than others but it generally has some sweetness, never it's served without any sweetness
>>
>>535876271
sweetening is uncommon here, except with jam. a lot of our cuisine is kinda peasantish.
>>
>>535876063
>local butchers don't have any.
That's too bad. My local butcher has them. I ordered a bunch from TheSausageMaker.
>>

We do have plenty of cane sugar around here, so it's common.
By the way, if you ever try some fresh sugar canes, try roasting the canes (peeled) into an open fire and then bite into the cane for some amazing sweetness flavour. You actually don't eat the cane, you just munch it until it releases all the sweet cane juice.

Pork chops, hamburger, raspberries and yogourt.

Half a Costco pizza every day, six slices, six meals. Multivitamin, omega-3 supplement. Freeze dried fruits and vegetables (AG-1) 1 or 2 scoops per day.

>Costco membership means you can delivery app from costco
>No prep, don't need a fridge or microwave, just something to keep the bugs away from your leftovers
>Split it with someone every day to make friends

>It's probably better than what you're eating.
>>
>>535876271
It’s almost always with a sweetness here too

But in past 20 years bodybuilding had an influence with ‘raw oats’ and zero flavor or ‘bullet oats’ which are just coffee added. And strong coffee.

So oatmeal is dying out here because no one knows how to eat it now and thinks it’s a gross bro food
>>
>>535876543
never even seen sugar cane here, but if i ever run across them.
>>

I think you're misinformed into thinking that you're going to get hyper accurate things like details and facial features from looking at which area's of the brain light up. That's really the problem, is that the input data is too non-specific.

completely broke bitch food is rice, chicken, frozen vegetables, canned tuna, beans, etc
if you want to step up you can get some pork but you really don't need to spend that much to eat dirt cheap
>>
>>535876806
I’ve eaten/chewed sugar cane right from the field.
It’s much more light sweet than sugar to be honest. It’s good in drinks but that’s it or it overpowers or you should just use butter. We never use it in cooking, corpos just force it on us
>>
Potatoes, rice, butter, cheap meat, squirrels and rabbits caught in snares, frozen vegetables, onions, etc. you can eat pretty well for pretty cheap in America if you're not too stupid or lazy to cook

Absolute state of larping

Hmmm will have to check that out, been wanting to do pressure cooked stock.

Honestly, buy tonkotsu sauce packs and then make then chashu marinate, soak the eggs, and get some high quality frozen ramen or make your own (literally normal difficulty)
The broth is the absolute hardest thing to get right, just buy packets

Cinnamon brown sugar and raisins are my go-to, and some do milk during and some after.

I make a simple Sicilian pizza crust and top it various things - normal pizza toppings, sausage gravy and eggs; BBQ chicken, onion, and jack cheese; feta and veggie, etc. Bread flour is .65 cents a pound and leftovers are better a pizza than in the garbage, bro

I make my own meals and live on a $75-100/wk food budget. I eat pretty damn good. Learn to cook and restaurants look less appealing.
>>
>>535877190
You can't larp online, first of all

Second, poor people who buy frozen meals and all kinds of premade bullshit, soda, etc are retarded. You could eat much better for half as much money. If you meant the snares, any boy who grew up outside of the city can make a small game snare, literally all you need is a stick and a wire and some patience. Cityfags are fucking useless.

Very random but fyi

Some grocery stores sell frozen mini scallops. For some reason people don’t buy this. They taste like scallops. They’re cheaper than shrimp (per ounce). They taste better than shrimp.

Anyways, insane buy. Make your own pasta and scallop recipe

Stay away from all tuna. There is no safe level of mercury consumption. Eat sardines or mackerel or salmon. If you are losing your keys, getting irritable, or forgetting short-term memory things, it's tuna.

You won't last long on cheap junk food. You need to spend at least $10 a day to not to fuck up your stomach.
>>
>>535865374
Don't eat rats. Or mice. Worm infested meat.

Also freeze canned fish (sardines, salmon) before you eat. For same reasons, freezing kills any mites/eggs.
>>
>>535865375
Bad news friend. Grocery Outlet is the same fucking price as anywhere else. Got told this garbage last year. Went there. Same fucking shit prices for the same or less quality shit.

I understand literacy is at all time lows, with only 1 in 4 adults actually knowing how to read.

That means 75% of you fucks don't need to be using the internet.
