The government should have jobs for everyone if they don`t find one or don`t like what they already have. The jobs should be useful for society like in construction or space exploration. In 5 years of extra work and heavily saving, you should be able to buy a house and after 10 year you can have pension, still work but have a guarantee income for your basic needs.
