Water penetration around window seal not a single soul to come repair. Home owners insurance, well a storm came your roof is fucked you've had termites flood and can't find any coverage. Have an opportunity for a better job, pay a real estate agent to list it, make sure to do upgrades and it sits and sits and sits and you do too. Get old and sick go in a nursing home and Medicaid takes your property for comp. You really want to hoist a fucking shelter on your back that costs you everything so you can sit around in it and stare at rectangles in various forms?
