I go to the baseball game(cheapest ticket) and wait till hot dogs go on sale after the 8th inning. Sometimes I can get 6 for $3. I worry what will happen after the season ends, though.

Just make beans and rice wtf
>>
>>535872485
All these places mark them up like crazy to start, you’re still paying almost twice as much as you would for store bought packs

How many hot dogs would you say you eat in a day?
>>
>>535872573
No protein in that meal. Plus I suck at cooking
>>
>>535872660
I'm not the only one who knows the hack. Sometimes the discount hot dogs sell out quick
>>
>>535872485
Nice one. I found out the pizza place down the street throws away tons of dough and I mean TONS! I take it out of their dumpster on the way home from work and take it home and cook it with my choice of topping. Beans is a good one. Have you ever had BEANS PIZZA? Its actually great!
>>
>>535872485
Oatz, beenz and deenz.
>>
>>535872676
>Plus I suck at cooking
I don't understand this. Do you mean you suck at reading? Because all you have to do is read a recipe and follow it to the letter. I have made a very dull hobby copying whatever traditional recipes I can find and making sure I never run into this problem unless I really don't give a shit enough to eat at all.
>>
>>535872485
>Sometimes I can get 6 for $3
You can buy a pack of 8 hot dogs for that price from any grocery store.
After holiday weekends like memorial day they go on sale for a dollar a pack or less.
>>
>>535872676
Beans are a good source of protein.
If you're too stupid to cook beans then you're pretty fucking stupid.

Tonight was "lonnie dog night" at the Rogers center in Toronto. 1 dollar per hotdog every Tuesday night home game. They even track how many are sold and it reaches hundreds of thousands.
>>
>>535872485
larp the ticket to the game is $85
>>
>>535872955
Yeah, but that's without the bun and toppings. I need every calorie I can get

Here in the west we eat meat, ranjeet. That’s why our average male height is higher than 5’5.
>>
>>535873048
Not true. We have a double A team in our city. Bleacher seats during the week are $2.50
>>
>>535873088
The 8 pack of buns are like $2.50 and you can just go to the convenience store and steal ketchup and mustard packets. Bro just doesn't want to boil a hotdog
>>
>>535872996
>Beans are a good source of protein.
absolutely not
You are a jeet, a spiritual jeet, and/or a vegan cocksucker
>>
>>535872676
My recipe for beans:

- soak a bag of northwest beans overnight
- added some cubed ham, couple cloves of garlic
- bring to boil, reduce to simmer until outer part of bean starts to break and it's tender
- put it on top of jasmine rice
- salt to taste

Trust me, you have a meal for days and it's fucking good. ironically it pairs well with a hot dog.

You can do the same with lentil beans, just add green pepper and onion to the recipe instead of garlic. Also pairs well with hot dogs.

Im probably taller than you, retard. And my hairline is probably better
>>
>>535872676
Plenty if you are poor. Rice and beans combined has everything you need to avoid malnourishment

Sure it's goyslop, but it still carries a higher protein value than beans& rice. Facts are uncomfortable.

Private Laqueasha bled in the mountains of Iran so you could have your beans and rice, goy. The next time you're enjoying a cockroach meat burger in your $1500 AI-powered rentpod, remember to thank a veteran.

how the fuck do you get this fat and not realise you have 6 months to live?
>>
Refried beans as a dip for tortilla chips is really good and much better for you than all the dairy based dips.
>>
>>535873220
4 ounces of beans is like a thimble size or maybe a shot glass. A regular size can is 16 ounces. So basically 4X all of those figures. But you do need a vitamin B12 supplement if you go vegan. Also, it’s not binary. You can be 90% vegetarian and have bacon bits on your salad or chicken broth in your bean stew.
>>
>>535875319
See it all the time.

>blue collar worker drowns his body's pains from hard labor in cheap booze and fast food.
>burns all rhe calories on the job sight.
>gets laid off or disabled
>keeps up the same diet of shitty food and cheap beer 4 square (american sized) meals a day.
>balloons to 400 pounds in a single year
>immediately keals over and dies.

That movie the whale is a perfect example of something like that.
America is full of fat people because of unrealistic expectations on athletics. The dude in OP's picture is standing at a baseball stadium. The same stadium he probably dreamed of playing at when he was on the baseball team in high-school eating the same amount of calories he does now living a sedentary lifestyle.

Guys get big in the U.S. because throwing your weight around everywhere is considered acceptable and almost necessary in Hillbilly/redneck caveman culture.

Not really. There are tonnes of vegan foods with b12. Vegan is a meme though don't even bother. If you have to switch your diet go halal or kosher.
