Schizoaffective/Bipolar here, I get psychosis/manic episodes about once per year. They are not fun. Yes I am considered intelligent by my peers but I'm not some super genius. Usually my psychosis revolves around religious delusions. I am getting a better handle on discerning reality from not, but its not easy to do when your mind is dumping copious amounts of dopamine and rewarding retarded synchronicities as if they are more significant than they really are.
