Hawaii (and maybe montana soon) just banned corporations from spending money on elections

Corporate personhood in general needs to go away.

Holy shit, Hawaii doing something based for once

Legal fiction in general needs to go away.

Like a PAC or some similar vehicle for election money won't be made in a heartbeat

Time to charge 90% of the justice system with high treason, publicly hang them, confiscate all their assets and LLC assets, then expel or execute their families.

A Jewish freemason pedophile occupation is not a "justice system."
>>
>>535924847
They already don't. The money is laundered through PACs to avoid election reform law.
>>
>>535925299
they stripped corporations of the ability to donate to PACs and if you as a private individual donate to a PAC the PAC has to file your donation under your name and address to the FEC where people can view it online
>>
>>535925556
the law in OP bans corporations from donating to PACs and when a private individual donates to a PAC it goes on the FEC's website as a matter of public record
>>
>>535925709
I recently started a PAC called "Hitler was right about everything (PAC)". So far I've raised $14.88 (from one donor).
You mean to tell me that my everyone can see my one donor's name and address (who is totally not me)?
I don't see how that could ever backfire on anybody.

their circuit court hasn't shut it down yet. nothing good comes from those island nigger judges
>>
>>535925489
Correct. Legal execution and process of all of them.
>>
>>535925709
They already duck this by making their employees donate to the PAC instead of the company itself. Stopping corruption by shutting off the funding is a losing strategy. They best you can hope for is to make it transparent so the voters know who owns each candidate.

Rescind the last 100 years of criminal cases and immediately jail all court and law enforcement staff for suspected high treason.

I am Hawaiian and I don't think it's likely to be struck down; it was crafted pretty carefully and has a lot of LOCAL institutional support. Mostly because Hawaii is dyed in the blue democrat and most of the money coming into the state is red, which makes them all the more amenable to circling the wagons. Nonetheless, it's a good first step and hopefully will be the harbinger of more states to come.

All government employees already received fucking salaries that we pay for. Putting a hard stop on side hustles is a good step. Transparency is a supplement to this bullshit.
>>
They did this in South Australia. Now politicians get flown in fancy private jets everywhere and have elaborate dinners, and they don't have to declare it as a political donation because they're just "Catching a ride with a friend" or "attending a party they were invited to"
