Its where new souls are sent to be judged, to see if they are worthy of leaving. With this abundance of money at birth, we are given the choice to easily descend into all different kinds of degenerate acts (drugs, sex, greed, etc) with the money presented to you. If you decide to give in to these acts, and don’t fix your crucial mistake before you die, you will be born poorer. And poorer.
