I live in a town west of Dallas/Fort Worth. Tiny town. We're overrun with outlaw biker gangs here. The entire I20 corridor including Highway 180 to the north of it is a war zone with each little town between Fort Worth and Midland controlled by one group or another. Same with I35 running North and South. There was a massive shootout in Waco, Texas about 10 years ago and a lot of them got shot.
