I tried to help some family back in Sweden with some air conditioning and I was flummoxed to learn that Evropa has basically banned AC. Yea they can get like, those standing things that are basically fans that sweat, but those suck ass. The u-bend units are genuinely efficient, but no lol, you have to suffer for EU reasons.
