If your interested in buying a two bedroom one bathroom house that has only a kitchen and small living room like boomers had available to them you might be able to afford it according to where it is. Developers don't make money on cracker boxes and the property tax isn't as expansive so the zoning is square footage restricted. Change that and you too can have a cracker box like the old days.
