Just like with alcohol for this purpose I'd recommend taking it earlier in the day, so it is largely out of your body by the time you sleep. It's replaced alcohol in doing that for me and just works way better at it w/ way less negative consequences. I have only ever used edibles for context, and only ever used it alone. Because of the "low cost" I can see regular use becoming an issue. I'd make sure never to use it two days in a row or more than once or twice a week. I track my stats so I can tell if it's causing an issue pretty easily.
