A semester there costs ~$300-$500, or slightly more in Moscow, ~$600-$700, if you choose an English-language program. But Russian is quite easy to learn if you have the time. Also, most Russians in Moscow, St Petersburg, and other big cities know English quite well these days, everyone aged 60 and under learned it in school, and many of them practice it during their vacations.
