You want to select for doctors who are statistically not given any sort of favor or concession when being accepted into medical school. So you're only real options here are white, Asian, and Indian.

I suppose I should give a caveat, my first post in this thread is specifically about graduates of United States medical colleges.If you want to grab some random foreign grad who just came here for residency and then got a job it's basically random whether or not you'll get someone who's actually good. There are good ones who are legitimately competent and I have witnessed them save many lives
