Is debating in public cringe or are there any merits to it?
debates have no merit at all, public or not
>>536074958it's just pointless, it affects nothing and no one is getting more knowledgable because they are so set in their ways
there cannot be a productive debate unless it's a 1 on 1 in a private room and the loser gets shot after. otherwise niggers will try winning with the audience instead of actually debating shit
>>536074958I guess it can be informative for young or uninformed people but ultimately there's no point. The black guy has his own self-interest which comes at the expense of the ethnic destruction of the host country and the native has his own self-interest which aligns with the preservation of his people and his nation. Both are simply going to say a bunch of fancy words to defend their position and attack their opponents position but these words don't matter much if anything at all.
Debates and arguments are a fool's errand because nobody likes to lose face
>>536075001Fucking came here to say this. It's all about as useful as arguing about ham vs turkey. People stand up and talk politics as if it matters what anybody thinks, let alone if you changed somebody's mind about something. There's literally not a single opinion about anything that matters. The strong do whatever they want and the weak suffer whatever they must, and it makes no difference what anybody thinks about it, even if we all agreed, it still wouldn't matter. Grown adults talking politics in the street is no different than kindergarteners having a debate about politics in their little kindergarten classroom. If anything, the kindergarteners might have MORE power than the taxpaying adult citizens who do things like vote and sign petitions and what have you. We have all been turned into children and the government is now the only recognized adult. We have less than zero authority or control over the government. There hasn't been real, meaningful citizenship in America for my entire life, I'm 39. I have no idea why most people have failed to notice the difference.
>>536074958Yes. If you don't do it just for the sake of getting money from views on social media.
>>536075057Charlie Kirk did a lot to move the needle. Granted he moved it towards kids dying for israel but the mechanism works
>>536074958>debates'you'd be in jail- Trump to Hillaryand he did nothing.
>>536074958There is literally 0 fucking merits of debating you cannot change minds unless you give them something nice or threaten them with pain.
>>536075309>debate me!dont care.
Izzat contest for spiritual niggers
>>536075428This, based.
>>536075239i don't know man, all the pointless debating he did made people hunker down in their ideological bunkers even harderthat's why he got murdered
>>536074958If its a debate its a good thing. If its just Ben Shapiro talking really fast and talking over people, that isn't debating, that is just talking really fast over people.I think you have to know how to do it, its not just stating your opinions loudly. I don't think Americans have the first clue honestly and have given public debate a bad name.
>>536074958no one wants to see some fags getting angry in the street, especially since its probably over internet bullshit nowadays, they just want to go buy food or feed the pigeons.>>536075001thisbut if you are that desperate to cause drama, rent a hall or something so that no one else needs to deal with it.
>>536075645You don’t murder someone because they are ineffectual. Also, the point isn’t to convince the people you’re debating with, it’s to sway the people watching. But even the people you’re debating will go home later and think about what’s been said even if they won’t consciously admit defeat
>>536075837The idea of debate is to test your position and get both a better position and rhetorical support for it. It isn't to convince anyone else of anything. Its the difference between boxing and stabbing someone in the neck with a screwdriver, too many people think its the latter.
Honest debates are typically not televised or filmed
>>536075943It’s the difference between tightening a screw with a screwdriver and stabbing someone in the neck with it. Sure it might be made for one but it works well for both
>>536076107What I mean is you have to accept there are rules to learn something from it. An argument is just an argument and a matter you might as well settle by force as talking. Completely different things.
>>536074958debates are foid coded. speeches are male coded
