You first have to understand that in human geography there is a concept known as a demographic transition model.What it says is that as economic conditions improve fertility rate decreases. It may sound counter intuitive but it’s true and it’s true to scale as well. Rural poor America has more kids than urban wealthy America. America has less kids than Guatemala ect. What you’re seeing is economic conditions improving for blacks and Hispanics and declining for whites in a single country. Beaners came from dirt floors, generationally their conditions improve. Generation 2 in America is not going to have as many kids as gen 1 did so you see declining fertility rates. Black opportunities have improved rapidly over the past 10yrs so their fertility rate decreases. For white america we’re having to get used to a lower standard of living due to inflation ect ect.
