A few of them are sort of experienced experts. But now with AI I was able to make them redundant. Saved me $600k a year in wages. They are probably better than ai but not at those prices. AI does 90% of the job for the other 10% Ill pay consultants still saving me a tonne of money. Also its scared my other employees they before would sort of whine about extra work and want a pay rise for it. Now they take on the extra bits from the redundant employees happily.
