They don't.Military service was abolished.There is now a single day which is entirely useless, but the purpose is for the military to have reliable statistics about the population (because they don't trust the rest of the government or the education system), so that single day of training has in fact nothing to do with the military but there is a very basic IQ test, to check if you can read, write, understand a basic sentence, etc.From that the French military can assess that, indeed, the population is now made up of retarded niggers.
