I really can't think of Nordic as being people to emulate when the only one I met in person just seemed like such a dumbass. He was from Denmark and would tell me things like "why are people so against paying taxes, who cares if they take 50% of your paycheck". Not even exaggerating that's literally what he believed and said. The mentality is just so alien to me, I suppose in Denmark everyone is a socialist so the idea of not having enough money to afford to live is unthinkable even if you have no money because the expectation is the government will take care of you.
