What I've noticed is, any young white man who has made it has far as getting hired is usually exceptional, highly motivated and highly capable. They've had to overcome insane odds to even land a foot in the door thanks to DEI. The memes about them all being latte sipping slackers is the complete opposite of the truth.What is becoming abundantly clear however is that young women (with some exceptions, notably) and third world immigrants (with no exceptions) are, no matter how cheap, utterly pointless to hire. They will not make you money, they will not provide valuable outputs. They are simply fashionable hiring decisions that provide rapid gratification for a HR team aiming to prove they've increased ESG compliance or lowered operating costs by hiring cheaper. The end result however, should be total disaster for the company, but unfortauntely competent competition don't exist, every single major corp is doing it.
