No ownership, superficial knowledge and experience, everybody reduced to easily replaceable cog in the production line. It can't work in any system with architecture more complex than an online shop. In fact, any such system couldn't be developed this way. It happens when the actual development is over and both the company and the product enters the stage of slow maintenance, small additions and general decline. This is when layoffs, pajeet invasion and cargo cult of AI is likely to happen.
