I attached it initially because some people on X were saying this is the guy that handcuffed Nowak. Upon more digging, it seems not to be the case. Constable Parsons seems to be a legit thing and reported on by the media including in my first link, but I do not believe it is the man in the photo I attached. I thought I had replaced the photo, I had not. Why is there no damn way to delete your posts. It just says I can't, no reason given. And no way to signal to the mods. Oh well, damage is done.
