A nation of bagholders. And that's a good thing.
I axed Google one question.

Why will index funds be forced to buy SpaceX stock?
The answer is frightening.

Index funds will be forced to buy SpaceX stock because major index providers, like Nasdaq and FTSE Russell, have altered their rules to fast-track the company for immediate inclusion in their benchmarks. Because the mandates of these index funds require them to replicate the indexes exactly, they must automatically buy billions of dollars worth of shares shortly after it begins trading.

Why the Rules Were Changed
Traditionally, an IPO requires a long trading history and profitability to be added to major indexes. However, as massive, highly-valued companies like SpaceX delay going public, index providers have updated their methodologies.
They're not even trying to hide the greatest wealth transfer in human history. Elon and his mates are going to clean up.

yeah it's a nothingburger lol

i dont even understand what a corporation going public means, this whole economy is so artificial and state inflated.
>>
>>536241797
you make a "company" that does things for free, you expand the free doing, demonstrating your free product is in demand, then you "go public" - you sell the company to pension funds, and you exit to Argentina

This is a good one to learn from then because it's a doozy.

but Conman Musk goes above and beyond
he buys his other companies from himself with borrowed money

and now someone has to buy the bag, that would be 17 trillion

spaceX is the top space tech company in the world. they move more tonnage into orbit than the rest of the companies and governments doing this all over the world combined. they also have tech and records no one else has. they really are exceptional. it shouldn't be that surprising.

space crap has to exit before the midterms
jews might get exterminated again after this

If only Space X was doing this, we'd be okay, but all the tech giants are doing it at the same time

I had no Idea SpaceX owns twitter now as well as all his AI crap.

>>536242043
tesla is toxic
so is twitter
and the ai is nonsense

SpaceX is the only one with clean name, so he sold his other companies and he is hoping to exit before it is too late
>>

>he sold his other companies

By sold you mean to SpaceX, this is what he's always done, he buys his failing companies out with his temporarily profitable ones, no money changes hands, which is handy.

>immediate inclusion
awww how woke of them
>>
>>536242254
his companies are not profitable
he is using borrowed money
he borrows against his stock then buy the stock with the money pumping the stock
>>

>o buy SpaceX stock because major index providers, like Nasdaq and FTSE Russell, have altered their rules to fast-track the company for immediate inclusion in their benchmarks.
can someone explain how is it legal to force someone to buy something against their will? Why arent Americans revolting over this? this shit is not even Latin American tier.
>>
>>536242317
pension funds are only allowed by law to buy approved stonks
and they are mandated to buy "something"
so jews will twist as if the only option is to buy spacex
>>

SpaceX is being carried by Starlink, it's actually profitable and is the fastest growing telecom company, so you have 3 companies X AI Starlink and Space X the rocket business all packaged together. Their gross revenue was something like 20 billion but overall the company lost 5 billion. The whole insane valuation therefore is based on Starlink and it's growth. Normally a company this size would come in at 100 billion valuation or something insane, they're saying 1.75 trillion. Which is some kind of new level of underpants on head wrestling ring on the White house lawn level of insanity.

An index has a combination of different stocks people buy into using advisors, let's say TSP 401k advisors see that Elon is pushing his IPO and literally strips the company down and scams all his users to increase profits in the short term, he then sells all his stocks to advisor who see amazing gains, so naturally when Starlink and Space X get massive lawsuits for scamming everyone last second and can't even do anything since all the staff got fired.
>>
>>536242807
Starlink is literally scamming people with 1500 dollar demand charges for people switching from standby mode to regular mode and not telling them anything. Standby mode was supposed to stop that charge, so yes it, it's skyrocketing right now since Elon is selling his stocks and going full Jew mode.

so the only appropriate course of action would be instantly buying, waiting a bit until you made the fotm hype profit, sell just so much stock so you’re dead even or slightly above, and leave the rest to either wait for a rug pull (at least no loss) or if it gains some more (any gain)
spacex is theranos level of false delivery bubble
>>
>>536241435
I think 401k holders are doing good work in contributing to Elon being the first public trillionaire. Its a human milestone achievement that is worth the sacrifice
>>
>>536243828
>waiting a bit until you made the fotm hype profit

The trouble is the IPO is so incredibly overvalued that the buyers being forced to buy by their pension funds are being used to pump it, there is no actual value anywhere near what they will be forced to buy in at. Thus bag holders, oh and there's nothing stopping Elon from starting a whole new space company and naming it SpaceY or something, that's in the prospectus.
>>
This is going to OWN the WOKE libtards so hard
>>
>>536241435
>bagholders
Bagolders are left holding the bag they never sell. an Index fund will sell when it has to. They'll take a loss if the company falls off a cliff but it will hardly be a significant one.
