Any hiring manager fags here? What is the point of drug tests? Any drug except weed leaves ur system in 48-72 hours, considering u usually give 48 hours to do the test and u usually make the offer at the end of the week giving u two more days in the weekend. On top of that there are fake piss kits and same day detox drinks that can even mask heavy weed use. If u just hate stoners I totally understand and more power to yoy but u dont think u are actually screening the drug addicts thst will actually cause u problems do u?Also, what's yall favorite way of passing these things? I did the detox drinks 3 times and fake piss once. Might have one coming up and im stocked up with an electronic piss warmer + detox drinks just in case.
And what's ironic is that i quit weed of my own volition almost a month ago and im still missing hot

It's mostly not about safety. It's about liability. Shareholders want drug testing so their investments are in any danger due to workplace accidents. Safety is secondary. That's why many privately owned companies don't drug test, but a publicly company always does.

Drug tests react to creatine levels in your piss, that's why drinking a lot of water and then pissing can give false positives, literally just do some scoops of creatine and you'll pass the test after drinking about a gallon of water.
