The biggest thing for the US isn't the SPG reserve. Instead it's the supply infrastructure going dry, specifically Cushing. Our metric for oil prices (WTI) and our futures contracts go through Cushing, Oklahoma. All futures contracts American stock investors buy on our market end up there. And it is going to hit its critical low limit of 20 million barrels in a week or two (we're lowering it by about 2 million a week and its at 23 million now). Below that the tap turns off. It cannot be drained further without breaking.

Instead the buffer is gone and they skip it entirely. It's essentially empty. The market then experiences an extreme liquidity and supply crisis that triggers a massive surge in front-month WTI prices. Because Cushing is the mandatory physical delivery point for NYMEX WTI contracts, hitting the operational floor means there is virtually no deliverable, free-floating inventory left to settle expiring long contracts. It completely fucks the paper oil future contract betting math.

Basically no more future shorting oil to artificially low prices. And this has never happened before. We never let it go this bad to the point that we had to turn it off and bypass the facility we use for futures contracts. We could do what we did in 2014 and keep drawing oil from it below 20 million (they went down to 18 million) but that was stupidly dangerous and risked not only breaking the entire thing but introducing toxic sludge that sits at the bottom as well as debris to the refineries down the line. It could cause catastrophic failure and make things fucking explode if the safety systems don't catch it.

And even risking going below 20 million we only delay it by maybe a month if God gives us some insane luck.

Why only protect beirut? What about tygre? Why not just start blowing the shit out of Israeli positions right now? Should have demanded Israel cease all of its operations in lebanon immediately and withdraw as now Israel knows to either

Correct
For those who don’t know, the strategic petroleum reserve itself is a series of salt caves somewhere in Louisiana and east Texas. Draining them too fast or too deep comes with a real danger of the physical caverns collapsing and becoming effectively unusable and it sounds like we’re about to do both
>>

the only conclusion is that Iran, and by extension presumably Hezbollah, is satisfied with the current state of the conflict, despite the fact that they are taking casualties and retreating.

Hezbollah can endure the attrition and continue to do a territorial back and forth with Pissrael. The IDF can't, as every casualty is a destabilizing factor to Satanyahu's government, an erosion of troops morale and tactical cohesion, and a exacerbation for more israhellis to consider just leaving their hellhole for greener pastures.

look.at the dude next to it, he's a giant? you can clearly see him in frame and the wreck is obviously the transport engines with the prop bent and melted right in front of him. Not only does the size not match the sheer scale of an helicopter but the freaking burnt prop is in the left pic you just posted, hanging off the engine, from the picture of >>536342733
you can see the engine remains marked clearly and the picture they cite as helicopter you can clearly see the propeller is burned shattered in the front, on the first "helicopter" pic and in the second you could clearly see its the exact same shape and profile, though more burned but from opposite angle and the top parts match precisely to confirm, and it clearly isn't 2 helicopters but the remains of the aircraft from the first pic.

there's no evidence of the helicopter wreck in the video, if it was a real helicopter wreck, or 2 helicopter wrecks, the Iranians would not sit on the video, let alone the pictures to publish it, but all we have ar literally "don't believe your lying eyes" make believe.

>Eyewitness accounts sent to Iran International reported sounds of explosions and air defenses in several Iranian cities on Wednesday, including Tehran, Karaj, Bojnourd, Robat Karim and Urmia.

>Locals reported consecutive air defense sounds in eastern Tehran and a loud explosion around 8:45 p.m. in the Hakimiyeh area.

>Residents also reported several explosions around 10 p.m. in Tehran’s District 14 and unusual sounds in the Narmak neighborhood.

>Other accounts said air defense sounds were heard in Karaj and Urmia, the capital of West Azerbaijan province in northwestern Iran, explosions were heard from Bojnourd Airport, and explosions and limited anti-aircraft fire were heard in Robat Karim, southwest of Tehran.

> you do realize perspective can be extremely deceptive?

But not the other way, right, I can see the dude as completely diminishing the scale of the helicopter, but i can’t see the helicopter diminishing the scale of the dude, evidence of such destruction Iran would never sit on. The same. I can see the 360 degree video, pictures of the crash site, see that not any wreck is above belly button height, and yet, those are "helicopters" among the wreckage, somewhere, extremely deceptive perspective. Also, i need to identify fuselage by model but when i can clearly distinguish the propeller sticking out the front of the alleged undisclosed model/type helicopters, thats just perspective, and not distinct details, same for the canister things, I can clearly see them in all pictures and in your close up, they match all the samples details, byt perspective is extremely, completely deceptive and those are actually helicopters. Ok, lets say so, but then why hasn't Iran released all the goodies to gloat for about? Only. These. Cringe. Its a Helicopter. Make Believe?

waiting becomes increasingly cost prohibitive, zugzwang
inaction is no longer an option thus the US escalates

things should by my estimation get more risky and intense from now on
it will take more than a civilian airport hit or some tin material loss for the US to relent

they will see that just an operational obstacle to overcome or trick their way around

one reading I had the entire time during the ceasefire is that irans best chance to break the US blockade would be
to take down the saudi east west pipeline (the diplomatic situation would be worse, the saudis do enable the US blockade by lending their airspace and logistic flights from their airports so iran does have a justificaiton to hit it)

that would ruin american calculation on remaining fuel stocks and put them beyond the breaking point to let iranian energy out potentially
>>
>>536345935
there are 4 engine remains from 2 transport planes, and no helicopter wrecks. It was never subjective, i pointed out details and consistent patterns both on scale and on the obvious issues with propellers sticking out the front of "helicopters".
>>
>>536344634
It's a mix of things.
1) This was always an operation that even the most schizophrenic Zionist generals considered an unpleasant necessity rather than a triumphant steamroll going as far back as the ayatollah taking power to begin with. It turned out exactly as poorly as feared so there's exponentially more to hide compared to anything done since Vietnam.
2) There's three types of democratic leaders: The neoliberal Slickster (Obama, Merkel, Magyar from Hungary) who combines broadly acceptable ideals and a clean persona with detestable stratagems in private, the colorless bureaucrat (Stamer, Merz) and the Tradlarp Mafioso (Trump, Berlusconi, Orban).
Mafioso types lie by way of exaggeration and confidence, not skill. That percolates down the chain.
3) This whole thing is simply so universally despised normal thought blocks don't apply and people who normally mentally don't allow each other to perceive each other's points can actually communicate.
Like there's probably a high chance you have spicy opinions on fags and niggers but it doesn't matter because you have the exact same issues with this scheme as a fat polygamist from Austin so your information intake is much broader.

no, its the fact the helicopter remains both correspond to the remains of the airplane engine/propellers. I told you niggers the US won't resume full scale kinetic operations, this was clear when the US didn't build up its forces during the ceasefire, no increased naval assets, no increased offensive aerial assets, the US just sent over air defence missiles on C-17 Globemasters, the US has even sent the USS Boxer back to California(it's currently near Singapore) they never did shit when Iran bomb the Fujairah oil depot, the US' plan is to hope Iran breaks before the world economy

SPR should last until the end of July, he thinks he still has plenty of time to extract more concessions.
But I don't think his advisors (if you can even call them that) are taking into account that summer and WC2026 start in a couple of weeks.
Nobody knows how much extra demand that's going to put into the system.
>>
>>536347684
what you do not understand that there is too much cash lying on the ground for this to work, the longer the crisis lasts
the stronger the following get
1. demand for iranian oil
2. irans diplomatic power via strait control both to exporters and importers
3. overland corridors being strengthened as they laid atrophied by sanctions and the better ocean routes
4. iran surviving means the new status quo cements of potentially paying fees
5. the US blockade can be circumvented by coast hugging the pakistan and indian coast (this has been limited so far)
6. Iran feels proud and united again this nationalist fervor will keep them cohesive even under struggle, they are showing the US up

overall even if iran will see more cash problems in 3-4 month they can mitigate or even gain a snowballing advantage from those dynamics

the US hand can only weaken as the US problems are running on a time horizon of weeks not month

Thats the little bird i said there were two already in the wreckage here:>>536345674
>also there were 2 small choppers on board the remains of which are visible in a few pics with the big carbon fiber prop, but not any attack or transport helicopters.

You demand i detail with part numbers what the components are.
But your detail that they are helicopter is literally "just don't believe your lying eyes".
When i push back..
"You have to prove they're not helicopters".
O so you don't have to prove it was helicopters, only I have to prove they weren't. I guess then you don't have to explain why in your helicopter pics there's random round canisters where the "cockpit" its, or you know, an aircraft propeller sticking out the front of the helicopter, I have to, right?

initially it was this but egypt blocked it

then came the retarded real estate scam from kusher (trump gaza)

I do not think the israelis have settled for a plan other than making life miserable for the palestinians enough so they hopefully fuck off.
>>
>>536343362
You got it backwards. They use the old ones first, so now using missiles from less than a year ago signals that they're running out.

Since missile production capacity has supposedly increased, take "running out" with a grain of salt, but it is evidence that the old stockpiles are out.

why did a kike jannie delet, are they mad?
>>
>>536343209
Hezbollah want them in the south because they always beat them every time they attempt a ground incursion. And now with FPV drones they're basically farming kikes.
They plugged the intel leaks and restructured after the pager attack and Nasrallah's assassination. As usual the more israel loses on the ground the more they tard out and bomb civilians as part of their dahiya doctrine.
Taking the option of carpet bombing Beirut is all Hezbollah need.
They want to inflict as much suffering on the IDF as possible to make them never ever consider trying this in another decade like they always do.
This relatively brief window of time where there are no sufficiently viable counters to drone warfare is precisely what they need to take advantage of to cause massive scales of damage on IDF infantry and armor that previously involved far more resources and planning.

>Competence is more important in those roles. Having a pragmatic hands on manager type, they are kind of missing. Why did that archetype die?
Because Leaders are an avatar of their people and a system that people don't believe can excell beyond managed decline/Hauruck Aktionen doesn't produce leaders that treat it that way.
I'm not a tradlarp kinda person going WE DON'T BUILD WONDERS ANYMORE REEE but the type you mention is for example the only one that can get good airports or high volume high quality freshwater delivery systems built.
Note: This also affects companies.
The way the console wars were won by Nintendo by default are the result of the socioeconomic Avatars being limited by the cultures that spawned them.

You guys are acting as if I hold the same view, I am just stating what is clearly the US plan, at the start of the blockade when Trump and Bessent were claiming Iran would collapse in just 3 days a CIA analyst gave a briefing to congress in a closed meeting that their assessment is that Iran could withstand the blockade for at least 3-4 months, this seems to be the primary assumption the US is working under, that is why Rubio's main talking points at the House Foreign Affairs committee the other day was about Iran's economic situation

Hitler was given the chancellorship so it's a little different. Hitler was a warlord pretending to be a manager. Very German in a way.
>>
>>536350586
you're coping with bullshit because I've been consistent and blunt: the helicopter remains are the aircraft remains, as you can see in his 3 photo collage of the correctly labelled aircraft crash, except there's 2 transport planes, one destroyed beyond any recognition, not even engines/propeller, and one with the 4 engines still somewhat resembling something other than completely burned trash, and the other 2 pictures in that collage which are "helicopters" are the same engines from the first picture but up close, and its especially cringe in the other picture he posted when the dude is in the background making the entire thing look ridiculously small.
