I like to troll Crimestoppers pages and submit tips. Like in this case for instance. Some criminals pretending to be police officers murdered a guy. You're pretty sure they're gay and probably raped the guy before they murdered him. Include the names of the cops if you have them. When giving a description of them, say they look faggy and effeminate. Insult them as much as possible. Most have a attach image function. Include a photo of the gay cop from the Village People or something. If you're outside of the US, you'll be good. I've done it many times.
