People have a very skewed view of what middle class actually is. They think they are part of the middle class just because they work in a white collar profession, or because they earn more than minimum wage or because they have some savings on their bank account. The actual middle class are small business owners and landlords who buy the labour of others, but they also work alongside their employees or sell their own labour to someone else.
A single hamburger costs 8,000 won. That is why I don't buy it.
