When they do, picrel happens.The real problem of the UK is that whilst we have an enormous defence budget supported by a huge economy, most of the MoD budget is swallowed up by a few very good but very expensive flagship programmes which leaves tuppence for all else. Luckily that is being changed especially considering our close ties with Ukraine whose experience is helping us a great deal.
