I have a job that pays a lot and doesn’t require me to do much of anything. Today I worked for less than 20 minutes and just spent the rest of the time scrolling TikTok and playing on my Steam DeckIt’s a really nice gig, but I live in the middle of nowhere and it’s impossible to meet anyone here. Coming home every day to nobody starts to wear on you.

Been unemployed for 8 months. STEM grad degree. If you are lucky to make it past the purple-hair HR lady, then you have to confront the final boss; the nepotistic street-shitting jeet. At this point, I give up. Things will get worse before they get better. I can't imagine millions of unemployed working-aged adult males is a good thing for society.

I lived in Japan doing JET after college, came home and went back to school for tech, worked it for a few years and then quit cause of the stink and just coasted off whatever savings I had for 2 years, then just started working overnight stock at a supermarket. I'm in a union, get to smoke some weed and listen to music my whole shift, and it's good exercise. And while most of my coworkers are either zoomies or white trash, I never have to deal with no dykes or niggers unless I have some errand to do during the day. Just save up and move into the middle of fucking nowhere and live in a camper and I'm golden
