I have been in three 6.0-7.0 quakes in my lifetime so far and last year we had several 4.5 and one 5.0 that hit close by.there is nothing fun about quakes.my head was bouncing off the wall of my headboard during the 2014 quake.

Lasted maybe a half minute or a bit longer. Was in Venice at the time and I don't know how the local pedology/geology affected things. I think Marina Del Rey got it worse because of local pedology
