Usually the self made guys are more respectable and humble but their kids are the worst. The guys who inherited their dad’s business would have me cut lines to get them drinks, have their bodyguards bully randoms on the street, and one guy would always make it his business to humiliate men in front of their wives. I’m not some activist but I do find it strange when some schlub defends this level of wealth inequality. I get rewarding the self made man but why the fuck are you crying about inheritance taxes? I was a concierge for a luxury hotel and got to know a guy that was the head driver for a man worth 1.2 billion - not an astronomical amount, but high enough to be of some importance. If someone is following they will do a client swap to a different car and lead whoever is following the original vehicle to a place full of other security guys so they can identify who it is first. This happens I was told frequently because lot's of rival rich guys hire spies to see what their competitors are doing, also kidnapping org crime, also sometimes real glowies from other countries mostly chinks spying on other chink CEOs for who knows what reasons.
