I don't know much about these things but to me it seems like that's a sign investors are cashing out speculative markets in favor of more stable assets and indicates economic slowdown. That does however mean it may be a good time to buy for people who aren't already invested and cashing out when it's high. If the post covid boom, bust, and boom is anything to go by there's likely to be significant gains when the economy improves but guessing where the bottom might be is beyond me and beyond that I'd have no interest in using an exchange buying fractions nor do i have the capital to afford purchasing entire bitcoins anyway.
