For example they created rape camps (like Vilina Vlas) where they took enemy women, gang raped them until they got pregnant, and released them because in Balkan culture, if the father is a Serb, then so is the child, so it was a way to make sure that the next generation will have more Serbs and fewer non-Serbs. Innovation in atrocity is a Balkan specialty, for example WW2 Croats invented concentration camps for children, something that even Nazis didn't come up with.
