So if these A.I. datacenters aren't producing any raw resources, or processing any raw resources into objects, or moving things from one place to another, or repairing anything that's broken, what exactly are people going to be paying it to do?

My guess is that it's all related to control. Hence the classification as a "national security issue". We are probably already living in a version of the "dead internet" via generative AI.

they act as my AI Dungeon Master which has been infinitely better than human dungeon masters and in a lot of case human players.

make funny videos of cats marching in parades and stuff. You have to understand this is very good for the economy.
>>
>>536522827
Wow you’re fucking clueless as shit, aren’t you?

What does any industry do to make money? Raw input on one side, some processing in the middle, and something to sell off as the output that is worth more than the input.

What does the datacenter do, if it’s loaded up with beautiful machines running frontier models? It takes in input from retards like you, and turns it into educational output and useful information, code, documents, and more.

If you haven’t actually used AI to create something you’re proud of yet, then you’re like the luddites in 1999 who didn’t want to use the internet. Passing fad, they said, when it was already clear that not only was it not going to pass, but that it would become integral to modern life within another decade.

If you’re worried about datacentres you have literally been propagandized by fools and morons who worry about water because they cannot understand big numbers or volumes. A MILLION LITRES OF WATER???? Oh, so less than a swimming pool? Less than the amount that exits a major river on the coast in one second of flow, and becomes useless fucking saltwater in the ocean?

The only legitimate complaint about datacentres is that they cause droning noise that is not pleasant to be around. That might be worth protesting, I don’t want to live near one either. But they don’t pollute otherwise, and they basically turn electricity into money, so being super opposed to it really just says you don’t understand the modern world and are terrified by it. Back into the fucking cave with you.

The surveillance state existed before AI datacentres. If you want to fight it, you need to do that with politics, not with dumbass protests against rooms full of computers. Burning down a datacenter- the result of the most advanced industrial output and the labour of millions of people - is a sacrilege. It’s exactly like the fools who burned the library of Alexandria, you know; there’s some information product in there that you cannot understand because you’re functionally illiterate, and so you attack it. Wow. Good job. That’ll sure stave off the fall of the empire.

Destroying the infrastructure jewry and their slaves use to compete with china is good though, it hurts feds like you therefore the data centre protests are good. Anything that hurts you is good.

Remember that jews think intelligence means memorizing lots of books and talking in circles for hours without actually saying anything. To them, a machine that can memorize all the books and talk in circles forever must seem like the ultimate invention, even if everyone else thinks it's completely pointless.
>>
>>536524310
>em dash
>"is a sacrilege"
>"you know; there's some information"
Only thing missing is "it's not just X, its Y and Z". You STEM bros think AI will replace or "augment" human expression. Use it to make your fun tech toys, but stay the fuck out of art. Everything AI makes related to art/writing is garbage and the normies are waking up to that after years of laughing at Will Smith spaghetti hair gifs.

The fun is over bro, go back to San Francisco so scam more aging liberal millennial angel investors for "the next big thing".
>>
>>536524482
lol voting is not politics. Voting is simply consenting to politics. Doing politics means trying to change what politicians do - by lobbying, by running, by holding them accountable. Yes, it’s hard, except we have seen everyone else do a ton of it for our entire lifetimes and we have seen the change they’ve accomplished. Or did you miss everyone kneeling for a dead black crackhead a couple years ago?

You’re just not organized. We aren’t organized. We can’t agree on what to be organized about; every attempt falls apart for lack of unity of purpose. Go figure an individualistic group suffers from that failure mode.

not really
up to date somebody needed to rewatch gorillion hours from all those cameras, in most cases only when something happend
with new datacenters expect flock cameras x100 including inside your toilet, that ai will be reviewing in real time... so in moment a crime or "wrongthink" happend, the squad will be send after you
you know, crimes like when you say: fuck all pedo kikes or "china is better country"
>>
>>536524676
Ever since we made these things pass the Turing test there’s no good way to prove I’m not an AI. As far as I can tell, weak minded 4chan faggots who have no argument resort to “brown hands posted this” or “you’re a jew” or now “you’re ai” and that hasn’t really changed the fact that you don’t have a fucken counter argument.

I’ve been on the internet posting since ‘94. I don’t type like AI… AI types like me, because it was trained on my posts for aeons. Every time you see that “it’s not X, it’s Y”, you should be reminded that intelligent people used to type like that when you weren’t capable of forming cogent arguments. Now, it seems like we have to deliberately put in typos or type in a stream of consciousness fashion to help convince you we are real… but it’s not like you couldn’t ask a fucking LLM tk do that, you know?
>>
>>536524708
>lobbying
sure, out lobby the jews and corpos

which is done through voting
>holding them accountable

>>
>>536524822
I don’t deny the surveillance state is going to be worse under AI. I’m actually as against it as you are. I just think you’re a moron if you think going after the datacentres solves the problem. That’s like going after addicts to solve drug smuggling, or like going after wankers like (You) to stop porn studios. It’s downstream of the problem.
>>
>>536523425
>they basically turn electricity into money
yeah openai is doing great huh?
>>
>>536524909
Ehh look, we all know that it’s insanely difficult and we aren’t going to be doing anything about it. Anyone who followed the saga of the NJP for instance can see what happens when you try to organize… the human failures of the people involved tear the thing apart. So maybe I don’t have a ton of hope for politics either

But if you’re going to burn something down and go to jail over it etc. why do that to a room full of computers (and… fire suppression systems). Why wouldn’t you do that to something further upstream that is actually part of the decision making process?

Like, when people go nuts and shoot ip a school, all I can think is that it’s a waste, they could have done that to so many better places full of people that might actually have it coming. Look at how much people love Luigi, for instance. Imagine if he had simply tried to burn down a hospital. That’s the kind of thing anti-data centre people are suggesting.

>>536524847
Hate to say it but I actually have career outside of tech, unlike most people you probably associate with, and I haven't met a single person besides MBA faggots who think AI is useful.

I work in Media as my main job, which is one of the industries you think would adapt to and greatly benefit from AI, but the hilarious thing is all the good writers and editors I know have quit companies when they were asked to start using AI.

And the bullshit claim of not adapting like people in the 90s is retarded. My hobby and side hustle is Game Dev and I tried coding a Unity game using AI once. It was fucking trash and had endless errors in the scripts. Everything broke constantly. It's only good for analyzing general logic not implementing effective fixes.

A retard I know pays $200 to use Claude which I find fucking hilarious because I know damn well he's spending more than half his time fixing the crappy AI generated code.

Skill issue. You’re like someone who lays out magazines and newspaper advertising layouts by hand saying that desktop publishing is crap and not as good. You get like one more year of being right, tops, and then you’ll lose your job for not having learned the new tools. It is sad when a skill passes from the earth, but let’s face it champ, nobody needs buggy whips any more.
>>
>>536525108
you're strawmanning 'burning datacenters down'
no one brought that up before you
one thing people have been organizing efficiently about at the local level is protesting them from being built in their areas BEFORE they are built
>>
>>536525108
Because the data centers are meant to develop ai to compete with china. If China wins the ai conflict it may be able to develop a way to nuke israel and the usa and its vassals faster. If the jew run govts get cucked either in first strike scenario or china creating recursively improving ai working for their interests jewry and their feds are fucked, and those are the people causing all the problems in west.
So the more issues jewish run society has with developing ai the better.

Process hate against kikes faster and spread it faster to more ppl so kikes all end up dead as fuck. Real holocaust this time
>>
>>536525260
Nah we used AI once to transcribe a interviews and it got over half the words wrong. We were spending more time fixing AI errors than relying on our old system. We ended that experiment after about a month.

I know the MBA retard who runs our social media uses AI, but they're an intern.

Genuinely, step outside of your tech world bubble and you'll see how useless AI is at any basic task that has already been mastered for decades by humans. It's also worthless in media since ever sentence it writes sounds like another sentence, rather than being an original creation. And the fundamentals of its creation mean it's plagiarizing which can get your ass sued. Not even worth it in creative fields.
>>
>>536525576
great then why do you have 500 huge "data centers" being built
>>
100% of the realistic value proposition of AI and subsequently its data centers is enterprise software to replace laborers or increase per laborer productivity. That’s it. There is no real value add for the D2C market, no positive externalities for laborers or the real economy at large, nothing like that. It is strictly another tool to lay people off and juice equity prices.
>>
>>536522827
"Datacenters" are just server farms rented out to corporations. It's extreamely less expensive than the alternative, which was for every company to pay for the property and infrastructure neccessary to run their buisness.
>>
>>536522827
They are gonna get rid of those 100kay a year subhumans with a useless degree. At least that is their intention.

THe plastic eats the platic.
>>
>>536522827
The goal is to replace human intellectual labor. If every job can be performed by a high school graduate trained on an automated system, you no longer need to pay for someone with an engineering degree.

You're confused on it's purpose. They're for realtime A.I. surveillance of YOU, controlling you via social credit/digitalID.
