He only went to one protest, he didn't have a history of putting himself in hostile situations. (He also fled for quite some time before he actually shot anyone.) The evidence you are talking about in rittenhouse's case was a video where he commented on an active robbery he was witnessing. ChudTheBuilder has a long history of threatening people and intentionally harassing black people. That's a lot more relevant to his case. He also made the comments when people were criticizing him for doing that.
