Like, you can't do it with an FPV drone. There are self-sealing compartments or some shit that existed even in the times of, like, the Lusitania or whatever. All the electronics and shit in the crew compartment is probably more expensive and harder/takes longer to fix. Also the added psychological factor that if you drive these, they're trying to kill you. They're not going to hit a piece on the front far away from you and a heli is going to come get you and it's fine, no they're going to blow your arms off and you know a guy who's best friend died in his arms etc.
