I used to enjoy edgy jokes, but still thought most people were the same more or less. That all changed when I was asked to train two black guys at work 6 months ago.>They spend all day on their phones having loud speakerphone conversations with their buddies/girlfriends.>They are both functionally illiterate and can barely do basic arithmetic>If we get extremely busy and I try to get them to help me while they're on their phones they just pretend not to hear me. If I insist they pout and drag their feet and act like I'm the reason they have to work at work>They each take around five or six 30 minutes "15 minute" breaks every single day>They call off sick at least once a week>They see every single interaction as a dominance game, if I notice them doing something wrong and gently inform them how to do it properly, they see it as a calculated attempt to humiliate them. >Boomer bosses REFUSE to notice any of this>If shit goes wrong, I get blamed "Because we're supposed to be a team"I straight up got threatened the other day. when we got super busy I saw them both sitting around cackling at tik-toks when I'm busting my ass. I politely told them they needed to get up and help and one of them muttered "I'm gonna fuck you up one of these days". I fucking hate niggers.
>Milking wagie scum dryKind of based desu.
>>536542678Your boss is the problem not them.
Oh also I have to fix their mistakes all the time. Since they're both completely illiterate the inventory is constantly wrong since they don't know how to count or use the system properly.
>>536542678Same here, was working at autocare centre where there was only 3 whites and 14 colors. Majority of the poc hid in the tire rack smokin carts and blinkers/ high all day. Was pull in by black supa one day saying i should work faster. Started using his code for every thing i changed for 2 weeks while clock out early using emergency pto(30min). Once it was out, i just no show. It was fun making 400$ for 2 days then they fucked with the schedule , Five hours for five day work schedule. But i agree fucking hate niggers too
>>536542678Maybe you should ve motivated to climb higher in life from this so you dont have to work with niggers. Working with malays for a year made me retake my A levels and get distinctions for everything and i fucked off to oxford.
>>536542898Black roommates made me genuinely racist.
>>536543578That’s unfortunately not true. Even doctors offices here in America are filled with shaniquas and Tyrone’s. Must suck going to school for an extra eight years to get your doctorate and hundreds of thousands in debt only to have to put up with niggers as your fellow coworkers.
I worked for a prestigious company that would employ a DEI style policy of wanting a variety of demographics in public facing positions. We had 3 black people. The first was fired. I don't know why, but his final warning letter was found half-torn and purposely left tacked onto the wall of the staff bathroom. The second black person - a young female - was actually a good work friend of mine but would throw a tantrum and want to leave early at any mild inconvenience. The third, a larina, had a killer ass and eventually became my boss. One night on a work outing she drank too much and propositioned me, but alas dear reader, I politely brushed it off as I was secretly fucking her "work bestie". That's 33% positive in my mind on working with blacks, but 100% negative of we ignore the mulatto.
>>536542678>be black>most troublesome co-workers was blackAlthough he tended to realize later when he was in the wrong and even thank me for my work.I also have known many upstanding black people but they follow a very different culture than what is promoted/popularized for blacks and their youth. While it's still a good thing to judge people on an individual basis, it's not bad to be vigilant and be on guard until an individual proves themselves peaceable (if they ever do). It's a wonder I've never experienced any obvious racism due to people assuming I'm like some of the worst types who look similar to me, but I wonder if that'll change someday.Very easy to throw tact to the wind when simply typing away on the internet but in real life even people who have the opposite views as me on some important matters, often end up getting to know this after we've become amicable and so even when we disagree it's peaceful.
