I cannot stress, for your own future to stay where you are.

A lot of companies are moving to Texas, so that would likely be the easiest place to find work.
However, there are a LOT of beaners and jeets.

my dad wanted to do this as a norwegian far righter (libural in usa) who is in IT when i was one years old and i do love him but i hate him for it despite my popularity in their schools and ultra rich american family i would often visit and travel with. i was frat as fuck and even then i only miss the people when money wasn’t the focus of everyday life in the socialist institution called school that i was ungrateful for.

Hello there fren. It is a good idea to move here, but you should do research in to where you’d like to live to begin with, and then narrow down your search to find somewhere that is tech-friendly.

If you just want a normal IT job, it shouldn’t be too difficult in most places that aren’t super-remote.

I warn you, The United States gets more hot in the summer than Sweden, and depending on the area, you may even find a place that has both hotter summers and colder winters than the region of Sweden you’re from.

If you want somewhere similar to home, the Upper Peninsula as well as Northern Wisconsin and Minnesota would be most similar. Maine too, but Maine is remote.

The Pacific Northwest is a bit warmer, but the weather is very mild, and it has the highest number of “comfortable weather” days annually out of anywhere in the United States.

Pay attention to what the state and local laws are like, as well as the cost of living and safety (demographics) of an area. All of these things should be taken into account!

If you tell us a bit more about what sort of climate you want to live in, we can help you pick a state. Sweden has 3 main climate types. If you want somewhere like Scania, you should move to Northern Appalachia (mountainous) or somewhere directly north of Seattle.

If you want something like Stockholm, you should move to the Northern Great Lakes, like the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. If you want something like the Far North of Sweden, then you may have to move to rural Alaska, which would obviously not be very useful for an IT career.
>>
>>536545893
The State of Minnesota isn’t bad outside of Minneapolis, but the rest of the state is (generally) rural, but it’s more conservative. However, since the Minneapolis and St Paul areas dominate state politics, they will probably eventually impose their will on the rest of the state.

You know, a decent amount of Swedes also moved to the coast of the Pacific Northwest, but also to the Northwestern corner of the state of Pennsylvania. You’d maybe consider one of these places.
>>
>>536545629
IT is a dead end career in America now thanks to jeets and AI and about half of the industries that used to employ IT geeks struggling with funding.

>>536550440
> Northwestern Pennsylvania
Kek
OP, don’t move there.

American cities I’d recommend a foreigner move to:
> New York (expensive)
> Philadelphia
> Pittsburgh (gets boring but comfy)
> Chicago
> Nashville
> Atlanta
> Miami
> Austin
> Phoenix
> Los Angeles (expensive)
> San Diego (expensive)
>
Cities I’d never recommend anyone move to:
> Boston
> Dallas
> Houston
> Denver
> Seattle
> San Francisco
>>
>>536550601
Yeah, it’s shitty. Shitty weather. Shitty cities. City landscape. Boring trashy people. Few redeeming qualities.
>>
>>536550667
Miami, Nashville, and Pittsburgh are good, some others are decent depending on the circumstances, but I’d never tell anyone to move to New York, Atlanta or LA, unless by that you mean suburbs that aren’t even on the outskirts of the city but completely legally outside of it, because not only are those cities expensive but they’re either going to shit or are already shit.
>>
>>536550694
Ah, that’s unfortunate
>>
>>536546619
Come anyway, we need more white soldiers
>>
>>536550748
I included them because they could be a good fit for the right person or a foreigner really into the novelty of them because they don’t have them at home (obvious in the case of New York, Los Angeles, etc. Atlanta gets in because it has a surprisingly good social scene for young whites around Buckhead and inside the beltway.
>>
I forgot to mention, Charleston, South Carolina is a beautiful city if you think you can handle the heat combined with the humidity and possible risk of hurricanes.

Charleston is one of the few towns that still has real architecture that hasn’t gone to shit, it’s very attractive right now. Fill up a spot there before it can be taken by a non, help stop the horde
>>
>>536550771
It would be more kino if Erie got firebombed. Then it would just be a patchwork of depressed snowy rust belt towns around a big national forest.
>>
>>536545629
Northern New England or PNW. Or Arizona high country, or Montana. They are pretty places and mostly white still. Avoid the south. Florida has the nicest beaches if that's your thing, depending on location.
>>
>>536550829
True true, you’re correct about all that. I’m just a but traumatized by foreigners on visiting NYC and LA, not knowing about demographics so they accidentally walk into the hood, and think all of America is exactly like that, lol
>>
>>536550925
I say avoid the south because you have to have good knowledge of where to go to avoid nigger infested areas. I'm from the South and I love certain parts of it, and it arguably has some of the nicest and most mannered people in the country. But the heat and the bugs suck, and you have to know the nice areas. All of the major cities down south you want to avoid for the most part though
>>
>>536545629
bring your sisters sven, i need a waifu
>>
>>536550936
They’re still some of the more fun cities in America if you have time and money or if you’re young and like good looking women. People sleep on San Diego, Chicago, and Philly as budget alternatives though.
>>
>>536545629
I like bobs.
>>
>>536545629
It depends where you end up really.
>>
I cant get a job in IT because jeet spam flood. But you might get lucky, I hope you get a nice job regardless

nw pennsyltucky belongs in the garbage as most chiraq like place despite doing nothing as cool. bunch of braden hezekiah troyer ass mfer's
>>
>>536551024
Pointless advice. Rural nigs are not really a problem and Sven is going to be living in a city or suburb anyway and all cities have nigs in them while no suburbs have nigs in them. He’s going to have to figure out how avoid them anywhere like we do.
>>
dont know if its a good idea. the people there make 300k dollars a week but a mild bump in gas prices has the households collapse
>>
>>536551148
It’s actually mind numbingly easy to make, save, and invest money in America. We are just retarded consumers and blow it all on car notes and DoorDash.

northeast > midwest > northwest
best state unironically is NJ you just have to go to a nonbrown county
>>
Cali has the best jobs. Don't get the wrong idea about the rest of us though from the degenrate people there
>>
>>536551148
What the other guy said is true. People feel the need to spend more than they need to, or move to the most expensive areas possible because they’re under the false impression that there’s “nothing else anywhere” but that’s not the case at all.

I live in a well-off, developed, safe, urbanized area and I can tell you, if someone I knew that was making 300k had the nerve to complain about gas prices I think I might genuinely impulsively spit in their face.

Many people are very irresponsible or unnecessarily spend money to be in the most expensive areas even without advantages. That’s the thing about America, in some places it’s so easy to make money that even midwits who lack any form of wisdom or financial literacy can succeed
>>
>>536551294
Best of luck, fren, just remember to do thorough research!
>>
>>536550877
Charleston is pretty awesome.
>>
>>536551193
>>536551398
so what you are telling me is that you guys dont suffer, you just make shit up to suffer?
>>
>>536550626
And the radioooo oonnnnnnnnnn.
>>
>>536553395
To an extent, yes. Don’t get me wrong, there’s definitely people who are short on money, and there’s definitely areas where the cost of living is exorbitant, but a lot of people are retarded or irresponsible in one way or another. Cost of living has risen, as has home price, but it’s not an unaffordable country.

For example, you’ve probably heard left wing politicians talking about “abject poverty” or “kids who go hungry” and this is total bullshit. I’m not just saying that for political reasons. I mean it. You can go hungry in America only if you choose to starve yourself, or get lost in nature 150 miles from the nearest road and can’t find your way back. When it comes to abject poverty, I mean it LITERALLY does not exist here. Politicians say it because they know the term abject makes it sound more dramatic, and the average voter is stupid so they’ll mistake the word “abject” for “objective”.

So don’t get me wrong, there’s poverty and some expensive areas, but no abject poverty and no hunger.

I doubt any swede would move to the us to work in IT.
software, maybe, but IT?
you're indian
>>
>>536545735
>>536545629
Been thinking of moving to Sweden or Germany myself. Need to get out of this shit hole. Any tips?
>>
>>536546130
Yes, but you have areas that are cheap and still have public transport. Here you either live in the city where all the rich people do, or you live in the suburbs and pay on a car.
Stockholm will look like a budget option after you've been here for a bit. But at least the wages are probably higher.
>>
>>536548864
You come from money what did you expected really from your fellow peers? Specially money from the usa, the most snobbish of them all. Like really not a single person in your highschool wasnt a backstabing asshole?
>>
>>536550667
