CJ spends the entire game not only rebuilding Grove Street into the strongest criminal organization on the city, but manages to semi-legitimize them into casinos, record labels, government contracts, etc. and has effectively uplifted his surviving family and most of his allies out of poverty. Then Sweet is out of jail for all of five minutes before screaming at him that he’s not a real nigga if he’s not willing to throw his life away and shoot random people for spraying the wrong tag on the fence at a vacant lot and burn their own neighborhood down in a riot.
I enjoyed the crash and cia stuff but overall preferred vc, the arcade feel alone makes it the superior of the trilogy
