Everyone has to be a fungible worker/consumer unit on a spreadsheet that records who does what work. By making everyone the same, one group can't gripe about special treatment over another--everyone will be a mixed race, bald headed, non-religious, unisex worker (child reproduction will be done artificially and controlled by the state to stabilize population numbers and make central planning easier.) There is some deeper Jewish philosophy about eventually returning everything to "the source" of uniform energy fields that preceded the Big Bang, but that is kind of the jist of it: make everyone the same so they are easier to control.
