In the mid 2010s we were seeing terrorist attacks all over US and Europe. What happened? Why did they all suddenly stop?

Lots and lots of bombs and occupying the heart of it for 20 years straight. The infusion of seeing Westerners imprinted on the young and the old radicals aged out. Why Iran is killing it's young people because they don't have time to be all radical hard-line. There's far better shit to do and they hear from relatives that went to US and Canada and think that sounds pretty good, not like this eat gruel and be angry all the time struggling to get to heaven, the young want to live now.
