>>536570494I haven't gotten to talk about gas in a while, but my dad worked for an oil company so here is a couple of tips. You get the best gas mileage by not filling up. Keep it around 1/3 of a tank if you can. Despite all the decimal places, they calibrate pumps to the gallon. So if you do fill up, don't top it off. A short burst might not be adding the correct amount. Economically, E85 almost always costs more because of how bad it makes your has mpg, and I've even seen where ethanol free was the cheapest because of how high the mpg got. Run a tank empty with each type and record your mpg, then divide the PRICE by your MPG. This will tell you to dollars per mile, them use the lowest one. There is no such thing as mid grade. They just mix regular and premium at the pump. If a station is out of regular, and they do not have the mid grade pump blocked off, then select mid grade and you will be pumping straight premium.
