So all Iran has to do is keep the current status quo going and they win. Now, how does the US win? We've exhausted our missile stores and they didn't help us much anyway, so we can't win this war on autopilot. We'd need to actually commit troops and boats and planes to a prolonged, in depth conflict in the region. But we've already lost so many bases in surrounding nations that this is impractical, and the war is very unpopular at home so the moment US troops start dying in droves there would be riots in the streets here.The US basically has to surrender to Iran.
