The solution is to partition the US. It's clear there is a solid 1/3 of people who want to live techno-feudalist Trump monarchy. Let them. That they wield the resources of the actually productive and innovative parts of the US is an accident of history and an artificial welding together of two countries that should have parted ways with the civil war.
